Cancellations will not be accepted for finished product. Cancellations prior to production will be billed for all charges incurred up to that point.

You must confirm cancellations in writing.


Appropriate use of copyright marks and payment of licensed property royalties are the responsibility of the customer.


Our typical damage rate is insignificant; however, misprints are an unavoidable occurrence. Our damage allowance is 2%
per logo placement, with a minimum of 1 piece. We will credit accounts in excess of this allowance.The actual credit value will be based on the
wholesale cost of the item with a maximum liability of $20 per piece. If exact quantities are required for your order please provide extra blanks.
WearHouse has multiple audit points during the process to insure our production and shipping counts are accurate.The WEARHOUSE count
is considered final.

+Production Time

Production time begins once payment has been made in full or agreed terms has been met, all garments have been received, and you have approved your electronic or pre-production sample.


Unless otherwise directed, your order will be shipped out via UPS or FedEx Ground Residential. Shipping fees are based on
weight, dimensions, zip code, and address type and will be charged at UPS published rates and added to your invoice. By default, we do not add
shipping insurance to your orders unless you direct us to on your purchase order or the WEARHOUSE Shipping Request Form. We are happy to ship
using your prescribed method and to ship using your desired account number; however, this information must be clearly stated on your purchase
order or you must complete the WEARHOUSE Shipping Request form to make any modifications to our standard practices.

+Shipping Directions

Complete shipping and packing information must be provided no later than 48 hours before an order is scheduled to ship. If
WearHouse does not receive complete shipping instructions before this deadline the order may be delayed..

+Quality Disputes

Any claims of quality must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

+Your Merchandise

WEARHOUSE makes a best effort to match up your inventory to your order, however, we cannot be held responsible for wrong
styles, incorrect shipments, or late arrivals of product received from your vendor.

+Vendor Returns

In the event product received from your vendor is incorrect or your order is modified after receipt of inventory, please provide a
3rd party shipping number or electronic prepaid label to return goods to your vendor. There will be a $15 charge for this service.



Included in our prices is one hour of art time per order to prepare your provided artwork for separations, and to output to film. In the event your provided artwork will require art time beyond one hour you will be notified and billing will occur based on the current price list in effect.

+Art Proofs

You will be provided an electronic proof of your design(s) within 2 business days of receipt of your artwork and instructions. This electronic proof will detail the size of the graphic to be printed, as well as the ink colors to be used. It is imperative that you review this information for complete accuracy as once approved by you, this electronic proof becomes FINAL as to the instructions that have been agreed to between you and WEARHOUSE.

+Customer Separations

Separations supplied by our customers will not be accepted as we create our separations specifically to account for our factory work flow.

+Dye Migration on Polyester Garments

Dye migration on polyester cannot be avoided and WEARHOUSE will not be responsible for it's occurrence. Dye migration is a problem caused by dyes in polyester fibers transferring to and changing the color of the plastisol inks used. Unfortunately there is no consistency to when dye migration may occur but is most likely to occur with reds, maroons, kelly green, and darker shades of blue. Dye migration may occur after the ink is cured or in some cases as much as two weeks later. MerchFITS cannot control dye migration and is a risk the customer must be willing to accept when printing on any garments containing polyester fibers.

+Pre-production Samples

Pre-production samples are the only way to ensure imprint accuracy as it relates to PMS matching of ink colors for screen printing & imprint location. MerchFITS will not be responsible for slight shifts in ink colors or imprint locations without a pre-production proof. When requested and paid for as part of the order, MerchFITS will print 2 physical printed samples. One sample will be provided to you and the other retained by WEARHOUSE.

+Printed Design Size on Youth to Adult Garments

Keep in mind that the same size artwork is used on every size garment in your order unless you direct us to change print sizes. If you direct us to modify print sizes to accommodate the different sizes within your order print charges and setup fees will be based as if these are separate and unique orders.

+Unique Locations

Please understand that printing over seams, zippers, collars, or other unique locations can lead to ink buildup, coverage, and consistency issues. This is an unavoidable occurrence related to these unique locations and WEARHOUSE will not be responsible for these issues.



+Copy of Embroidery File Digitized by Us

Electronic files digitized by us can be sent to you electronically for an additional fee of $25.00. Customer Supplied Embroidery Files: We will convert your embroidery files for free and provide an electronic rendering of the converted file, however, WEARHOUSE is not responsible for the quality of the logos not digitized by us. A physical swatch is recommended for first time use of any customer supplied embroidery files. Customer supplied embroidery files requiring revisions will be charged at our normal digitizing rates.

+Swatch Services

Swatch Services: Swatch proofs are available for $30.00 for the first logo and $5.00 for each additional logo. This cost includes the cost of
overnight shipping of the swatch to you. Logos above 10,000 stitches are subject to additional charges. Allow 1 business day for swatch service.


+How To Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. If it is determined that you should return any product to WEARHOUSE for inspection or refund, the product must be returned within 2 business weeks of the stated claim.

+Return Exceptions

Items with Custom Embroidery and /or Custom Screen Printing are NOT returnable. Please ensure that you have ordered the correct size and color before submitting your order.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

if you have contacted us to make a return and we have agreed to cover the shipping costs, all items must be shipped using ground ship methods from FedEx or any other methods of shipping (3 day ship, 2nd day air, next day air, next day saver) will not be covered.

If items are returned after this timeframe, the shipment will be denied and the package will be sent back to you unless prior arrangements have been made.

+Restocking Fee

All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
